SBH is the only fully automated online reservation system directly linked to boutique hotels in Syria.
Our online reservation system is effective, flexible, and free.
SBH does not require any credit card information to make reservations! Please note that hotels might ask you for credit card information after confirming your reservation depending on their mode of payment, guarantees, and cancellation policies.
- We offer the best rates. Reservations done through us are as good as reserving directly through the hotel especially that payment is made directly to the hotel. If you are offered better prices by going directly to the hotel, your reservation will be discounted or cancelled with no fees. Also special offers are available exclusively for SBH.
- We save you time and effort as we have an efficient and flexible online reservation system for boutique hotels in Syria with the possibility to compare your options. We have visited each one of our consortium boutique hotels and made sure that the standards and experience they offer would meet your expectations. Regular checks and surveys are conducted to make sure that the right experience is offered.
- Your reservations are guaranteed. The online reservation system is directly linked to the hotel. Each hotel has access to its reservations and confirms availability online. Once confirmation is done, payments are made directly to the hotel.
- Ensure you always feel escorted through “You have a friend in Syria”. This unique concierge service is free and is offered to everyone who reserves through us. As soon as your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a phone number you can call when in Syria for any assistance. All you need to do is to provide our representative with your reservation reference number! This service is available in Arabic, English, and French.
If your bookings are being declined in certain hotels, please send us a request by email to advise you on available rooms within our consortium, also for free!
Reservations
Reservations can be done using our online reservation system that was developed carefully to ensure maximum flexibility in an easy process. Confirmation of reservations is done in a maximum of 2 working days.
There are 4 easy steps to make a reservation:
- Select the hotel and timing.
- Choose the type of rooms.
- Fill in your personal information. A confirmation of your email address has to be performed in order to activate your account. You can view your reservations and edit them once your account is activated. If you are already a registered user, this step is skipped.
- Confirm your reservation requirements before submission.
Once you submit your reservation, a notification email will be sent to the hotel to check the availability of rooms. If the hotel confirms the reservation, you will be put directly in contact with their reservation department to arrange the payment mode. Please note that payments are made directly to the hotel.
How can a boutique hotel become member in SBH?
SBH has developed a sophisticated qualification survey for boutique hotels to become members. Initial visits will be done to understand the physical facility of the hotel, its condition, location, ambiance, operation standards, and staff. Standards are defined for hotels to be part of the consortium to maintain its integrity with our guests.
The cost of participating in SBH consortium has been well studied to enable any boutique hotel in Syria to benefit from the services we offer.

Syria Boutique Hotels (SBH) is an initiative started in 2009 by L’hôtelier Management & Advisory. SBH is a consortium of boutique hotels located mainly in Damascus and Aleppo.
