Talisman 2 hotel is located in the heart of Old Damascus city Al Qaimariah, twenty minutes from the airport, five minutes walking to the historical Bab Toma “Saint Thomas Gate”, and two minutes walking from the famous Umayyad Mosque. It may not be historically correct, but it has been made into one’s fantasies of a Damascene house. Room was huge with the best bed I ever encountered in a hotel, sofa area and lovely furniture.
